New this year: VRMA and Alliance will assign exhibitor move-in appointments based on freight delivery schedules. More information will be available in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Show Hours

Breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks will be served in the Expo Hall. Exhibitors will gain access 1 hour prior to the exhibit hall opening.

 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Tuesday, October 6

Exhibitor Housing:

Hotel booking details will be provided in your conference registration email as well as on our website under Hotel & Travel. Register and book your stay by Monday, September 7 to receive VRMA's discounted room. After the cut-off date, reservations are subject to availability.

 

Hotel Solicitations Alert!
