VRMA Legal Advocacy Town Hall

Join VRMA staff for a discussion with Attorney J Patrick Sutton on short-term vacation rental (STVR) legal cases in Texas with wide ranging implications for our industry. Attorney Sutton carries extensive experience in property rights issues, especially with STVRs. He represented the Andings family in last year's Andings v. City of Austin case which set a federal precedent protecting STVRs. He has handled cases in the Texas Supreme Court, dealing with issues where subdivisions amend their restrictive covenants to ban STVRs and guests from outside state.
