Nominations Open May 1

Save the date and prepare to submit your nomination for the VRMA Excellence Awards. Nominations can be made on behalf of you and your company, or on behalf of an inudstry peer. Nominations may be made using our written form OR via video submission. Stay tuned for more details coming soon.

Award Categories

Whether you are an innovative vacation rental management company, a supplier company driving forward new ideas, or an individual making an impact in your community, the VRMA Excellence Awards recognize the full depth of our industry. • Vacation Rental Management Company of the Year: Awarded to an outstanding property management company as determined by customer service, local community engagement, innovation, and dedication to the industry.
• Supplier Company of the Year: Awarded to an outstanding supplier company as determined by customer service, innovation, and overall dedication to the vacation rental industry.
• Rising Star Award: Individual Under 35 (VRM or Supplier): Awarded to a young professional (under 35) best exemplifying exceptional professionalism, service, and success within the vacation rental industry.
• VRHP Housekeeper or Housekeeping Team of the Year: Awarded to an individual or company best exemplifying a commitment to delivering top-tier housekeeping services to vacation rentals.
• Best Marketing Campaign (Vacation Rental Management Company): Awarded to a property management company that launched a creative and successful marketing campaign that yielded measurable results.
• Best Marketing Campaign (Supplier Company): Awarded to a supplier company that launched a creative and successful marketing campaign that yielded measurable and impactful results.
• Community Impact Award (VRM or Supplier): Awarded to an individual or company that has demonstrated a positive, tangible impact within their local community.
• DEI Impact Award (VRM or Supplier): Awarded to a company that demonstrates a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, that has led to a measurable impact.
• Advocate of the Year (VRM or Supplier): Awarded to a company for the most outstanding efforts in advocating on behalf of the vacation rental management industry.
