How to Unlock Member Rates

If your company just joined or renewed VRMA, hang tight! It can take up to 3 business days for your member rate to appear. Email us at vrma@vrma.org if you need a hand.

🚫 IMPORTANT:  Please do not register under any company other than your own, as this will result in the cancellation of your registration.

Exhibitors & Sponsors

Your main contact should have received badge registration details and your complimentary code from vrmaexhibits@vrma.org. If you did not receive this information, please contact us. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by September 8, 2025, are eligible for a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued. To cancel, please submit your request via email to registration@vrma.org.
