Add a Summit
Arrive early to attend one of three immersive pre-conference Summits. These deep dives offer focused content to help you grow specific skills and expertise.
👉 If you're already registered, log in to add it. You'll need the confirmation code or registrant ID from your registration confirmation email. Just click "Add Option" and select a Summit from the pop-up window.

- Members: $350
- Non-Members: $395
How to Unlock Member Rates
If your company just joined or renewed VRMA, hang tight! It can take up to 3 business days for your member rate to appear. Email us at vrma@vrma.org if you need a hand.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by September 8, 2025, are eligible for a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued. To cancel, please submit your request via email to registration@vrma.org.
