How to Unlock Member Rates

If your company just joined or renewed VRMA, hang tight! It can take up to 3 business days for your member rate to appear. Email us at vrma@vrma.org if you need a hand.

🚫 IMPORTANT:  Please do not register under any company other than your own, as this will result in the cancellation of your registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by September 8, 2025, are eligible for a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued. To cancel, please submit your request via email to registration@vrma.org.
