Shipping to the Hotel (Before Event)
Make sure you fill out our Shipment Tracking Form with as much detail as you can provide regarding any items you may be shipping to the Convention Center. We will use this information to notify staff onsite when your package arrives so they may locate your boxes and bring them to your tabletop.
Please ship all material to the exact address listed below with a guest's name. Packages must arrive not earlier than: Friday, May 8th.

Inbound and outbound shipments are subject to the handling fees outlined below:
- $20 per box up to 50 lbs.
- $50 per box between 50 and 250 lbs.
Shipping From the Hotel (After Event)
Shipping Note: Sponsors are required to indicate on the Shipment Tracking Form whether they will be shipping boxes post-event from the hotel.
The Terranea Resort will charge handling fees for all items received at the hotel. A form of payment must be on file for your items to be released to your shipper at the end of the event.
Sponsors are responsible for correctly labeling packages with return address labels as well as contacting the carrier to schedule a pickup from the hotel. All event materials must be packed, labeled, and ready for pickup by 2 p.m.
