Add a Summit
Arrive early to attend one of three immersive pre-conference Summits. These deep dives offer focused content to help you grow specific skills and expertise.

Party for a Cause
Through the contributions of so many VRMA members large and small, the Advocacy Fund has equipped VRMA members with the resources to advocate for and protect our industry. Attend the sunset reception on Monday, October 13, from 5:30-7 p.m. to raise a glass to the Advocacy Fund and all that it enables us to do.
Ticket prices at the door will be $100. Buy your tickets in advance to receive a 20% early-bird discount. Space is limited.

How to Unlock Member Rates
If your company just joined or renewed VRMA, hang tight! It can take up to 3 business days for your member rate to appear. Email us at vrma@vrma.org if you need a hand.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by September 8, 2025, are eligible for a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. After this date, no refunds will be issued. To cancel, please submit your request via email to registration@vrma.org.
