We are calling upon our community to contribute their opinions and shape the agenda for our annual conference. If you have a topic you’re passionate about or have expertise you'd like to share on stage, we’d love to hear from you. Share your suggestions with us and help us build an amazing lineup together. We are accepting applications through Friday, April 10.

Submission Guidelines
- You will need to create an account to submit to the call. This can be the same login you use for the VRMA website. Make your login something easy to remember!
- To diversify submissions, we are only allowing a max of THREE (3) session proposals from a single company or presenter.
- Sessions are evaluated strictly on educational content; sponsorship of VRMA or the conference has no impact on the committee’s selection preferences. The sessions submitted within this call must be educational-based and NOT a sales pitch.
- All final presenters and panelists must be listed in the session proposal at the time of submission – please confirm their participation in advance of submitting your session(s). Presenter expertise and experience are heavily considered during the review process.
- All presenters listed within a submission should be VRMA members in good standing. Check out our VRM Directory to confirm.
- Panels should be representative of the diversity of our industry. The education committee will give special attention to panels that include presenters with a diverse background of location, organization affiliation, number of properties managed, gender, ideas, race, and ethnicity.
