Get Started with Your Member Profile

Log into Member Profile

  1. At the upper right of this page, click Account to navigate to passport.vrma.org
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Follow the prompts to access your account

Note: If you were a previous VRMA user, your old credentials will no longer work due to recent website updates.

Update Your Profile

For us to best serve you, it is important that your profile information is up to date to receive constant updates, announcements, and discounted membership opportunities. Add your photo, company/employee details, and areas of expertise.

Add Contacts to Your Organization 

If you are the primary contact, you can add more contacts to your organization. By adding multiple contacts to your organization, you will ensure that all employees get access to the available member benefits and updates:

  1. In your Passport account, click on the Membership tab and then Manage Company Member Contacts
  2. Under Manage Member Contacts, you click Add Someone Not Listed and add the contact with their full name and email address
  3. You can view your roster by navigating to the Membership tab and then select Manage Company Member Contacts

Note: The added contacts will need to “claim” their account by clicking on the Set Up an Account tab on the Login page of Passport.
