Exhibitor Service Kit
Alliance Expositions is the exclusive General Service Contractor for the 2024 VRMA Spring Forum. The exhibitor service kit serves as exhibitors’ one-stop shop for all booth order forms and information. The kit includes information on shipping, catering, carpet and furniture orders, and more. You should have received an email from Alliance containing information to log into the kit (returning users) or set up your account (new users). If you have questions or your company’s primary contact has not received a link to access the kit, email Alliance Expositions ExhibitorAssistance@alliance-exposition.com.

Meeting Space & Ancillary Event Request
If you would like to host an event or meeting space during Spring Forum dates, please fill out the Meeting Space or Ancillary Event Request Form. VRMA will review your request and if approved, provide a letter of confirmation with additional details.
Note: All ancillary events and/or meeting functions may not conflict with the official program hours. Please make all requests by March 29, 2024.

Registration
Each 8 x 10 booth is entitled to (1) complimentary Full Conference registration. You should have received your company’s complimentary registration code(s) within 1 week of contracting your booth. If you need registration information to resent, email registration@vrma.org.
Exhibitor/Sponsor Marketing Kits
VRMA has put together a comprehensive marketing kit to help you get the word out to your current and prospective customers that you'll be in New Orleans for the VRMA Spring Forum on April 15-16. This marketing kit includes sample social media posts, email blasts, event graphics, and more, all tailored to help you attract your target audience to join you at the VRMA Spring Forum.
