Call for Proposals – Submissions Now Closed

Thank you to everyone who submitted a session proposal for the VRMA 25 Las Vegas, taking place October 12–14 at Caesars Forum!

The submission deadline has now passed. We are currently reviewing all entries to curate an outstanding education lineup featuring the vacation rental industry's best and brightest.

Final selections will be announced in the coming months.

Submission Guidelines (Reference Only)

Please see below for guidelines that were provided for this year's Call for Proposals. This information may be helpful if you're planning to submit in the future.

• A maximum of five (5) session proposals per company or presenter were allowed.
• Each presenter was asked to provide a 1-minute video previewing their session or sharing a past speaking example.
• Submissions were evaluated strictly on educational content—sponsorship had no impact on selection.
• All presenters and panelists were required to be listed at the time of submission.
• Panels representing diversity in background, organization affiliation, gender, race, and ideas received special consideration.
• Preferred session formats encouraged audience engagement, including:
  • Panel Discussions
  • Interactive Workshops
  • Dialogue Dens/Networking Roundtables
  • Fishbowls
  • Expert Debates
