2022 VRMA Spring Forum Health & Safety
VRMA continues to monitor and assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on travel and in-person events. We are working closely with the Hilton Chicago on measures to help mitigate and prevent the spread of COVID-19. We also are following CDC guidance, as well as local, state, and federal guidelines.

Effective February 28, the city of Chicago has removed its mask and vaccine requirements for certain public spaces, including the Hilton Chicago. VRMA will continue to follow local and state COVID-19 guidelines. |

Air Travel
Your airline is the best source for personal safety protocols at the gate and on the airplane. Be sure to visit your airline website the week you are traveling and sign up for notifications related to your trip.
The Chicago Department of Aviation website has a Coronavirus Information page that is updated with information about what they are doing and what travelers should expect when arriving and departing from Chicago.
