On April 27–28, learn how to successfully navigate the PMS landscape with a personalized selection of interactive education and networking sessions focused on your individual software wants and needs.

Assess the right system for your company, discuss best practices, troubleshoot challenges with your peers, and more!



  • Software Demos: 20-minute demonstrations for property management software companies to present their systems and/or any new features to attendees. Sessions to be recorded in advance and will be sent out 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

  • PMS Special Interest Group Roundtables: Property managers using major software providers to discuss “top tips” and address pain points, little-known facts, secrets to managing their software, and features they can't live without; groups to be broken out by vendor and job family, including: reservations, maintenance, housekeeping, accounting, marketing, and general management.

  • Interactive User Groups: Opportunities for attendees to ask questions of their current vendor (or a potential new vendor) as a follow-up from the software demos; meant to be interactive Q&A sessions where vendors can share solutions.

  • Peer-to-Peer Roundtable Discussions: Dedicated networking sessions by topic and led by a property manager who utilizes each software; designed to be collaborative and constructive in nature with a focus on idea exchanging, best practice sharing, and troubleshooting common issues. Discussions could include topics like thinking about a transition or considering “add-on” software.

  • PMS Brain Dates: “Matchmaking” in groups of 2-4 for those who use the same systems to “brain dump” or share ideas and challenges with one another; conducted in a smaller setting for informal sharing amongst property managers.
