To qualify, you must: |
Be licensed to manage short-term rentals, and rent at least 6 properties on a short-term basis. Ensure applicable lodging taxes are paid. Provide services to guests through the entire rental process. Provide oversight of property services (for guests and property management). |
Be an individual property manager OR have the intent to grow into a full-service vacation rental management company. This category is eligible for renewal. You do not have to increase your number of properties year over year. |
Provide a product or service to the vacation rental industry that would be of interest to vacation rental managers. Examples include website design, marketing services, travel insurance, booking and property management software, linens and housewares, etc. |
Provide a service for at least 2 rental units on behalf of third-party owners (such as a transaction broker, CVB, or DMO). Not be engaged in full-service management (that is a manager member). Not sell a product or service to vacation rental management companies (that is a supplier member). |
Provide cleaning and housekeeping services to at least 2 rental units. |
