COVID-19 TESTING

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa does not require any COVID-19 testing prior to your arrival or during your stay.

For your convenience, linked here is a list of local companies who provide COVID-19 testing. These companies may be available to schedule an appointment or come to the resort to test for a fee. VRMA cannot make any specific recommendations or schedule any appointments on an attendee's behalf; these would need to be arranged directly between the client and provider.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa recommends following current CDC and local health guidelines, including sanitizing protocols and social distancing. While Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa does not require guests to wear masks and other protective equipment at this time, it is recommended. Masks are available by request.

In the event a guest becomes ill during their stay, for the safety of all guests and hoteliers, please notify the resort's front office team, who will assist to arrange contactless services for housekeeping and food/beverage needs.

If a guest is unable to depart on their scheduled departure date for any reason, please contact resort staff to review options for extending your stay.
