2022 VRMA International Conference: 
Send Us Your Session Proposals by May 6, 2022!

VRMA is excited to host our International Conference October 23-26 in Las Vegas. We’re looking for sessions that are specifically focused on our tracks listed below.

Please consider submitting a presentation around these requested topics and tracks by your peers. As a submitter, you are not limited to these topics but should use these topics as a guide to better understand what attendees are looking for when it comes to breakout sessions.

Note: Best practices topics can be applicable to any track.

The committee will review your information and contact you later this summer about opportunities to participate as a speaker or panelist. To begin the submission process, you must login to the VRMA website.

  • If you are a VRMA member, login here.

  • If you are not a member, you will be required to create a guest account. Create a Guest Account here. Select ‘non-member speaker’ as your speaker type.

  •  A Submitter does not need to be a VRMA member but the Presenter of the session (and panelists) need to be a VRMA member.

All submissions must be received prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, May 6, 2022, to be considered.
