Breezeway Announces WhatsApp Integration and Language Translation

Breezeway is growing its global presence, targeting more short-term rental property managers and service providers. In addition to current English, Danish, German, and Polish language options, Breezeway's property care and messaging apps now support Spanish, which will serve users in locations like Mexico and Spain and eliminate communication barriers between property managers, housekeepers, and maintenance staff. The company has also opened a new office in Barcelona, Spain, and announced an integration with WhatsApp so international short-term rental hosts and hospitality managers can bundle guest communication within its operations. "Being able to seamlessly cater to markets around the world has always been a key aim for us," said Breezeway CEO Jeremy Gall. "With our recent $15 million investment [a Series B round in October] from Catalyst Investors, we're excited to be in a position to expand our reach into further markets, enabling our new and existing users to better connect with their staff and guests, in their preferred language, to ensure they receive the most efficient property maintenance and operations service possible."
