VRMA’s new logo reflects our new name, but also the direction in which we see the industry heading: forward. The arrow represents movement, and the association’s forward-thinking vision, with a focus on what comes next.
Comprised of three parts, the whole arrow can only point forward when all three pieces successfully come together. This is what the Vacation Rental Management Association is about: bringing all stakeholders together for the future of our industry
As a VRMA member, you have demonstrated a commitment to professionalism, supporting the industry and maintaining higher standards. We hope that you will take the time to promote your involvement by incorporating the VRMA logo into your marketing materials.
To help ensure consistency, we have developed brand guidelines to help answer any questions you may have about logo usage. Please read these guidelines carefully when preparing material that represents VRMA to the membership and the general public. The name and logo of the association is the sole and exclusive property of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA). Only VRMA members in good standing can use the logo and name if, and only if, such use is made pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in these policies. It may not be used by non-members, including former members.
The following uses are permitted:
1. Business cards
5. Promotional materials
6. Website and social media sites, linking to VRMA or Discover Vacation Homes
7. Any other comparable manner to signify the user’s membership
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the logos may not be used in any manner that, in the sole discretion of the association: discredits the association or tarnishes its reputation and goodwill; is false or misleading; violates the rights of others; violates the law, regulation, or other public policy; or mischaracterizes the relationship between the association and the user, including, but not limited to, any use of the logos that might be reasonably construed as an endorsement, approval, sponsorship, or certification by the association of the user, the user’s business, or the user’s rental properties or services, or that might be reasonably construed as support or encouragement to utilize the user’s services.
Any failure by a user to comply with the policies of use, whether willful or negligent, may result in the immediate revocation of rights to use the marks, in addition to any other penalties that may be imposed by VRMA, including, but not limited to, removal from membership. VRMA shall make the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions in its sole discretion. VRMA reserves the right to disallow any use of the VRMA logo.
