The presentation will demonstrate the new VRMA market analytics tool which has been in beta in North Carolina.  VRMA Insights collects market data daily from participating companies their Property Management software's API.  The following metrics are reported for each company and their local market on a daily basis: Paid Occupancy, Availability, Revenue per Reservation, Booking Window, Average Daily rate and Average Stay.

Attendees will learn how these metrics combine to tell a story about a company's performance compared to their local market.  The data from VRMA Insights drives actionable decisions influencing marketing, pricing and strategic choices.
